“We booked our hotel with Expedia. When I registered for the room I clicked the option to pay at facility. They ran my card for the price I was given prior to checking in. When we arrived at the facility around 10PM, I went into the lobby to get us checked in. The front desk attendant, Gary, was rude from the time I walked in the door. “I didn't stay. Prepaid for reservation. Given first key to room that hadn't been cleaned. Given a second key to a room that had someone staying in it. Couldn't stay as they had no clean rooms ready. Asked for refund and was told they couldn't give me all of my refund. Asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get a receipt. Worst personal experience in all of my travels. Had to go to a Holiday Inn Express down the street and pay for a much higher rate for my two nights. I won't give...

“Had to work on this trip the WiFi was great and when I checked out I was still working they allowed me to keep using the WiFi and finish my work day they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and the surrounding area is beautiful. Gym was great to utilize also!”
